John Karl Buche specializes in intellectual property law and his Texas practice is based in Houston. Mr. Buche assists inventors and businesses with all aspects of protecting their intellectual property--from obtaining patents, trademarks and copyrights to licensing, litigation and trials. He has handled patent applications for inventions in a wide variety of technologies, including medical devices, oil field tooling, sports equipment, automotive, household devices, clothing accessories, and material handling apparatus. In addition, Mr. Buche has extensive litigation experience with handling litigation of patent, trademark, copyright infringement, trade secret, and general business matters. He has handled bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and matters in appellate forums. Mr. Buche is a registered Patent Attorney.
