Sean Sullivan is an associate of Buche & Associates, P.C.  

Currently, Mr. Sullivan handles civil litigation and intellectual property matters.  His experience has ranged from writing winning briefs on California SLAPP actions, to patent, trademark and copyright infringement cases.  Sean also has significant experience in drafting patent applications.

Mr. Sullivan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Sullivan received various honors, including "Outstanding Appellate Brief" in legal research and writing.  Mr. Sullivan served as a Teaching Assistant in Contracts, and received highest-grade awards in Copyright Law, Contract law, and Real Estate Finance.  Mr. Sullivan also served as a summer research assistant to Prof. Edmund Ursin and spent a summer studying comparative law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. 

Born and raised in Tacoma, WA, Mr. Sullivan moved to San Diego to earn his Bachelors in Biology at the University of San Diego.  Prior to law school, Mr. Sullivan worked for a biotech company which produces reagents used in immunology and molecular biology research.
